Enrollment is easy:

Fill out the direct deposit form you will receive with your Bank Freedom Card when it arrives in the mail and give it to your employer's payroll department or benefits provider and your next check will be automatically deposited to your Bank Freedom Card account.
If you cannot locate the direct deposit form you received in the mail when your card arrived or would prefer to fill out and print the form online, enter your information in the fields below and a new Direct Deposit form will be automatically generated for your convenience.
