Load your Bank Freedom Prepaid Card at over
44,500 Western Union^® Agent locations nationwide

At the Western Union Agent location complete the grey Prepaid Services^® form: Click here to print the form. When you fill out the form you will need the following information:

	In the "Account Number" field enter your 16-digit card number
	In the "Payment Information" section enter the dollar amount you wish to load to your prepaid card and under "Pay to" field enter - BANK FREEDOM
	Hand the signed form and the CASH to the Agent
	A $3.95 load fee will apply
	Keep the receipt for your records
	Funds will be available in your prepaid card account in 10-15 minutes
